Mechanism of Action

Erythromycin surpresses Propionibacterium acnes growth by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesa, aminoasiltransfer-RNA translocation, and polypeptide synthesis.Y Tretinoin works by stimulating the transcription process, and increasing epidermal cell mitosis. The increase of skin permeability causes the loss of liquid, the weakening and the less cohesive stratum corneum (horny layers) so as easily led to peeling skin

Indication

Treat papules, and pustules moderate acne vulgaris and non inflammatory comedones

PRECAUTION and ATTENTION

1. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth, and other mucous membranes
2. Ineffective for other purposes, only used for specified treatment
3. Do not apply other acne preparation, unless on medical prescription only
4. Consult your physician in case of side effects occurs
5. Stop the treatment immediately, and consult your physician, in case of side effects, such as burning sensation
6. Not recommended for pregnant and lactating mother.
